- Why do i care about that problem as an entrepreneur?
The term “child labour” is often defined as work that deprives children of their childhood, their potential and their dignity, and that is harmful to physical and mental development.
Child labour mostly push the children to bad habits like robbery and drug addiction in their young ages. This affects the society more negatively than anything else can. In addition to this, children can not serve for the welfare of their society as they just spend their lives in doing the donkey’s work. If as an entrepreneur I try to teach the children some useful skills and keep them in more sophisticated environment, they can be saved from bad habits and can earn more money with these skills as well.
Poverty is the main reason for child labour. In underprivileged families, children have no choice but to work to provide for themselves and their relatives. They represent a docile, cheap labour force for many areas of activity such as agriculture, brickyards or even factories. i will try to sort out the poverty issues of people.
2. What are some ways you can address that problem?
There are many ways to address that problem. As there are many NGO’s in our country that can help to address that problem.The biggest source is the social media now a days . we can start different campaigns on social media.
3.How will working on that problem help you sustain your life (earn from it)?
Entrepreneurs always need human resource as the quality of their services mostly depends on their employees. As an entrepreneur, I would train the children with some useful skill that can later on give advantage to my startup as well.
4.How will working on that problem help people and society?
Child labor pushes the future of the society towards bad habits and poverty. As children don’t get a grooming environment, they get in to the bad companies instead. They start doing bad practices like robberies and get in to the drug addiction. In addition to this, child labor don’t let children learn something that can get them more money when they get their families. As an entrepreneur, I would always need people with specific skill set to provide the services to my clients. If I train these children and then take them as my employees, I can easily eradicate a part of jobless and people with small wages. Children will become more sophisticated after being in an educated environment. This will stop them from bad habits and teach the difference of good and bad. Society will get lesser drug addicts and more sophisticated people and same people with decent wages.
